    I was a little unsure about keeping my appointment because of the negative reviews, but don’t believe everything you see online. Some people just want to bring a company down. My experience was great. I’m terrible with names, so forgive me, but the entire staff was friendly and informative from start to finish. I felt well taken care of from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. To everyone involved in my visit, thank you for making me feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for.

    I was there for a while but that’s expected with some procedures they offer. I was pretty nervous going in but everyone there was very understanding, informative, and kind. They want to make sure you’re comfortable and informed every step of the way. One of the nurses even offered me an extra juice box while I waited which made my heart so happy. Amazing receptionist, nurses, and doctors that helped tremendously. Recovery went smoothly, people check up on you and you can also tell the nurses enjoy each others company which I think is beautiful. Such an admirable team y’all got here. You guys are life savers I can’t thank you enough!!

    I had an amazing experience, the entire facility was spotless and everyone on staff was great. Specifically, Abby has some of the best service I’ve seen from a professional, amazing interpersonal skills and even better medical expertise. Planned Parenthood is lucky to have her.

    The worst experience slow the security was flirting with the staff my appointment was 8:15am they didn’t call me in still 10:45 am ask for a doctors note they let me out made me wait for another hour just for a doctors note and when I stand up and ask for it again, and the security guy was trying to grab me being very unprofessional language as well And if he was a Security, he shouldn’t be around the patient in the back having a good conversation with the nurses or staff no respect for patience or privacy! and one when I got the doctors note it was already 12:47pm did not recommend and I will escalate that’s the worst place to go
