- GPGordon PeeblesNov 10, 20253.0I arrived at 8:30 am, for a full physical. It normally takes2-3 hours, but this particular day, I was in there 6 hours!. Just before I was finished, I learned they had only one Doctor on staff for a full house. The staff was excellent, but their eye test equipment was antiquated and everything seems after that was outdated. The Doctor asked me was I having a heart attack and then , he just walked out the room without explanation.🧐 He didn’t seem concerned at all in what he was doing. I am still wondering is he A Doctor?

The MD completed my physical exam and filed out my paperwork with in a very short period of time. Even the front desk staff was friendly and explained all the forms quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour highly recommended!

I had a bad experience with another location the dr and office manager wasnt professional at all BUT the Webster location the Front desk staff, M.A and Docter were very very polite , informative and professional . The wait time was great, I was only there an hr and a half tops. I received everything I came there for without all the hassle and attitude. Thank you all to the Webster Street Facility!!!
- CSChristina SantamariaNov 3, 20255.0I went in to get a Physical done and that day the system happened to be down and so they had to put everything in manually which naturally took some time. Yet despite that, they provided exceptional service and were working very quickly to get every patient through whilst dealing with the situation. I was helped by the coolest MA around! I believe his name was Jose (he is the lead MA) and he made my experience enjoyable and was incredibly friendly and charismatic, he definitely deserves a raise! They got me in and out as quickly as possible and I also loved the staff at the front desk as well as my doctor who was so sweet! Just wanted to give them all a huge shout out! They have a great team!

The staff member who assisted me seemed inexperienced and unsure of the procedures. They struggled to find the correct equipment and repeatedly had to ask colleagues for help. This lack of coordination continued during the blood draw, making the whole process quite frustrating. A few days later, when I received my test results, one of the readings, related to my lungs, was marked as “ indeterminate.” When I called to inquire, they couldn’t provide a clear explanation. They mentioned that it could be due to multiple reasons but offered no concrete answers. They suggested an X-ray, even though I had no symptoms and was not at risk. I requested a repeat blood test instead, but I left feeling disappointed because they couldn’t explain why the initial test failed. I suspect that the sample might not have been sufficient.
