  Try to do a walk in. They were running short on doctors, but everyone was polite and kind. Came back the next morning and things went really well. The same people were there, and everybody was just as polite and just as kind. I live out of state, and I work here. I must say for the type of Clinic, this is clean as you can expect. But also there wasn’t no security issues that other people in the area had told me to be careful of. Otherwise, it was a great appointment, and everybody was very kind.

  It was a fast visit. All of the staff was very friendly and made my visit welcoming. They made it seem like we've known each other for years. Very chill people.

  It’s always nice to see employees interact with trainees because that lets me know how patient the employee is. The trainees asked can she shadow the appointment, the employee gave her step by step instructions on what was being done as well as gave her the opportunity to assist me in going to the next room. It was perfect! I was so impressed, thank you two for showing me how team work makes the dream work!! Erica Lang

  During a one week follow up after being sexually assaulted by a community member (while on duty), Dr. Rosenson vehemently displayed disgust with a fellow workers comp psychiatrist by declaring, and I quote, “you don’t need three months to [mentally/emotionally] recover” to return to my community outreach job. Adding insult to injury, he demanded that I provide a phone number and documentation in order to support my claim after being informed that I had done a video appointment and the psychiatrist said she would send over the work status report to my claims adjuster. As a seasoned workers comp doctor, Dr. Rosenson is well aware that patients don’t receive such information and to ask for such information after a gross apathetic display while in the company of a training student, felt nothing more than diminishing. Dr. Rosenson proved through his actions of sending me back to work 2 days post assault without offering me any mental/emotional support and by his egregious outburst during my follow up appointment that being sexually assaulted by a community member while on duty, to him, is not serious and is not worth 12 weeks of therapy. My encounters with Dr. Rosenson have been an eye opening example of how important it is to be kind and understanding to one another other. His inability to do so has effectively negated the work I had done with a therapist. He genuinely and single handedly re-traumatized me by his distasteful outburst and emotionless comments. Unfortunately, his unprofessional behavior and comfortable display in being so outrageously dismissive of a sexual assault, I believe his has affected more people than just myself and I wonder how many others have been pacified by his status. Dr. Rosenson‘s contemptuous nature throughout this process only encourages me to seek professional assistance from private doctors who are in favor of my mental and emotional stability MORE THAN ushering me back to work within an already volatile environment. For clarity, I work with people experiencing homelessness and mental crisis.
