    Everyone helping me at the store was very nice. Dr. Honma was so sweet I cant wait to go back for my checkup. The staff is very knowledgeable about glasses and what shapes and styles will suit you best. They helped me pick the perfect pair!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Warby Parker several times. My very first purchase was at the Lido Island location. While I liked the glasses themselves, I wasn’t very impressed with the customer service there — when I went back in for an adjustment, the experience felt rushed and a bit unfriendly, which was disappointing. Since then, I’ve also visited the Costa Mesa and Spectrum stores, which were fine. However, the location I absolutely love the most is the Fashion Island store. The store itself was nice, clean, and well organized, but what truly stood out was the customer service. The customer service advisors (I think that’s what they’re called) really make the difference. The advisor who helped me was Monica Becerra, and she was an absolute gem. What a delightful person — charming, great personality, and an excellent salesperson. I went in planning to get distance glasses and somehow walked out ordering reading glasses as well, even though I hadn’t planned on it (LOL). That’s what great customer service is all about — connecting with customers, being friendly and warm, and really helping you choose the right frame. Let’s be honest… no one wants to wear glasses if they don’t have to, so that extra care and attention really matters. I liked my Warby purchase years ago, and I know I’m going to love the new ones I ordered today. I can honestly say this was the best service experience I’ve had compared to the other locations I’ve visited. The best part? They were able to switch out the broken frames on my husband’s glasses and replace them with the same style by popping his existing lenses into the new frames. I was genuinely impressed — and it was totally affordable. Side note: I also found out that a new location is opening in Laguna Niguel, which is great. If you can open one there, why not consider Jamboree at Tustin Market Place as well? With how great the eyewear, pricing, and service are, people on this side of town would definitely shop there — and the parking would be far less of a headache. Great prices, great customer service. I would absolutely go back again.
