The space is peaceful and thoughtfully designed, and the red light therapy was the perfect complement — I left feeling calm, recharged, and completely reset. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and she creates such a safe and healing atmosphere. Highly recommend Zen Wellness for anyone looking to nurture both mind and body!

The owner, Laura, is so kind and knowledgeable about all the services they offer. I’ve become a huge fan of their wellness stations, especially the sauna. My go-to routine is starting with a chair massage, followed by the red light therapy, then a sauna session, and I finish with a cold plunge. It’s honestly the most relaxed I’ve ever felt! I was so calm after my visit, I almost felt like I’d had a glass of wine!!! that’s how deeply relaxed I was. The prices are very reasonable, and I wholeheartedly recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed!

She shows you around and let's you try everything. This is a perfect place to escape, relax, sit in the sauna and sweat it out. You can choose between a salt sauna, a red light sauna or a oxygen sauna. Then afterwards, do some red light therapy. She also has the message chairs, which are amazing, and cold plunge tubs, im too chicken for that right now...... lol Butt also, she's got some of the cutest outfits too. I've already purchased an outfit for my daughter and another for me! Try it, you wont be disappointed!
