  I loved this place at first. Up until my last scheduled appointment today where they said they can't take me AT ALL because my insurance hasn't paid them (according to the woman at the front desk). The medium length curly haired (seemingly latina) woman. I called my insurance on the drive home and found out that was a complete lie. They did pay for the majority of my services but not fully for std panel (which they convinced me to get even though it wasn't necessary, fully knowing my primary is Medicare) but she was obviously in a bad mood and didn't care that I drove 40 minutes for my appointment, she completely denied my access to see a PA, didn't even offer a payment plan I could work with them, nothing. Just said "well sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️ go home because we're not going to let you in. See another doctor." She was very cold and rude to me. Gave me inconsistent info from what my insurance covered. If they don't accept medicare why not tell me that from the get go? None of it makes sense. Sucks because I loved this location for the convenience but because of that one rude woman at the front desk it made me never want to come here again. Makes me regret EVER coming here. I definitely won't be coming back. If I have future issues I'll go to urgent care rather than be treated like this.

  Second time coming and not the not the last. I enjoy coming here, everyone helps out without judgmental faces. I was greeted greatly by Briana, we had a conversation about books and it was amazing to just have this experience with her before my appointment, it took the stress away. Bella was helpful as well as nice and informative. She helped me through the whole appointment process. She knew what she was doing and knew how to take my nerves away😅 Stacy answered all my questions and left me out of doubt. They all went above and beyond. Best attention and medical service I’ve had. Thank you 🙏

  I came here because I had an infection and I thought it would be easy and affordable since they’re known to be helpful with what I had, i got antibiotics the first time but I had to come in again as it wasn’t working, I was pretty sure I needed labs ordered to find out what was wrong so I assumed that was the next step, so I made an appointment with Eric A Esparza and he told me I was fine and to drink water that he wasn’t concerned at all, I even tried asking for labs to make sure I was fine because I was hurting and he denied me he said he was sure I was fine and it was probably muscle pain from working out, well few days later I ended up in urgent care with a bad infection and I was dizzy the doctor there immediately had lab test done and helped me, turns out I had infection just like I thought I had the difference in care was light and day as they made sure I was ok unlike planned parenthood, I wasted more time and money here then I did just going to urgent care once. I do not recommend this place I had such a bad experience

  Went here looking to get my birth control (IUD) replaced. They made me feel so welcome and all of the staff was so kind. Definitely recommend them!

  Super helpful, friendly, and non-judgmental towards me and my wife. The people that protested in front of it were throwing childish tantrums and probably need to get a life, though.
