Not sure what the issue was with the person that took my call but I’ll drive an extra 5 minutes for someone that is more knowledgeable about their practice.

I dont enjoy the blood pressure machines so he took my blood pressure manually and got a more accurate reading. The only reason for 4 stars is because I sat in the waiting room long enough to doze off and almost missed being called to the back.

He just has his aim to achieve and is not interested in what is happening with me. He doesn't take notes or writes anything down that I tell him. Other than giving me more pain meds he really doesn't seem to care about my injuries.

The check-in was super simple—done right on my phone with a link they texted me. All the ladies in the front were calm, kind, and really helpful 🫶. My name was called in about 10 minutes, and I was greeted by Tim M., who had such a fun, uplifting vibe. He made the whole experience feel easy. As he did my TB test, Valeria E. started my oral drug test, and she was just as sweet and friendly. They explained everything as they went, worked efficiently, and honestly had me laughing. You can tell they all get along and make an amazing team because the whole process was quick, professional, and comfortable. I was literally in and out 🙌. Thank you for the awesome service! I’ll definitely be coming back to this urgent care for anything I need in the future. Thank You All Once Again 🫶
