  I went on for a drug test for employment. The technician was a woman who was rude from the start. She acted like a cop that abuses their power. I couldn't fill the cup to her satisfaction she wanted 2 thirds I gave just under half. I had another appointment that I was not going to be late for. She told me I could not leave. In a cop like way. I laughed in her face and left. I dont need a job that bad. I notice there is no reply to the bad reviews. Only the good reviews. No customer service skills whatsoever. I will be starting a libal suit. If anyone else has had a bad experience feel free to contact me.

  Okay so originally in my mind i wanted to give this place 1 star. But after my visit i changed that. My employer sent me here for a pre-employment drug screening and physical. So I was a walk in. I got there at 12:53pm and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours wait, so i went to grab some food across the street and walk in a store, i get a call at 2:45 they are ready for me. So i drive across the street and tell the front desk i got a call that they are ready, I get there and as i walk in i hear the older front desk lady loudly saying to her co-worker “Is Jeremiah back yet?!” like she is mad at me for being gone. I say i’m right here then she rudely tells me sit down they will call me and gives me a smug look like i bothered her. Then i wait there another hour in the lobby. Finally at 4:30 they call me back. Now once i was in the back everybody was so nice and patient with me. Gabriella was an amazing nurse very polite and genuine, unlike front desk ladies. I was honestly in there so quick i didn’t even get the doctors name but he was amazing as well. Overall once i was taken back it took about 20-30 minutes. I get these people are working and wait times are going to be long as a walk in at an urgent care on a Friday which is why i upped my review. If only the front desk ladies could be nicer. Put them in the back doing paperwork since they don’t like to smile at guests.

  Great staff. Friendly nurses and doctors very professional. Did my on board physical and drug screening through them and the visit was swift and thorough.

  Took almost 3 hrs to he seen and only took 15 mins to complete exam that I was there for. Your front desk representative were very unprofessional, especially your female manager. I would not be retirning to this location any time soon.

  The professionalism of the staff and nurses are great. The professionalism of the MD is not the greatest. I've also seen about 3 different doctors since being hurt and only seen the same person constantly after it was noted that my injury wasn't getting better. Now I will like to add they did give me physical therapy appointment but no imagery because the first doctor felt my back and said I know what this is. I don't know about you all, this is like going to a mechanic and them putting a finger in your dipstick and diagnosing the problem exactly. Now could this level of care because my work doesn't pay for the good benefits. Also very inconsiderate to patients personal lives and the things they maybe going through.
