  huge shoutout to the two nurses who assisted me today in my traumatizing procedure. they were both so informative and sweet with me, reassuring me throughout the whole procedure. i wish i got their names so i can personally thank them on here. also staff here is super knowledgeable compared to other locations.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment specifically to get a referral for a mammogram and breast cancer screening. When I booked the appointment, I provided my age and health information, and the appointment was confirmed. On the day of my visit, I drove an hour to get there and then waited another hour in the waiting room, even though I was the only patient present. After being checked in, I was told to undress for a breast exam and left waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes while my baby was crying. When the clinician finally returned, she informed me that because I am under 40 years old, I could not be given a mammogram referral after all — something that should have been made clear before scheduling the appointment. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially as I was there with my infant. It felt like my time and concerns were not respected. I hope this clinic improves its scheduling communication and patient care standards so others don’t have to go through the same experience

  Terrible staff. Idk why they closed the location in San Mateo but kept this one open. The front staff have zero customer service skills. You will never be seen on time for any appointments. But careful, don't be 10 minutes late or they will make you reschedule. There is no sense of common decency here.
