Said that's fine, I'll figure it out with my insurance. Go in the day of the appointment only to find out that they only do "telehealth" on weekends? Excuse me?? I scheduled this appointment for an eye exam THREE WEEKS AGO and you can't even do that? This is my only day off that I'm available to go in for and you can't even do the service I wanted in the first place? Now I've got to find somewhere else that will do it, and probably wait another two weeks to do it too. Also clean up your outdoor signage. Site for Sore Eyes indeed. Every other building in the complex is bright and clean and yours is faded.
