They won’t let anyone back with the patient. The front staff said it’s up to the provider. Online says it’s to check for patient safety. Which makes sense. After they asked my wife if she was safe at home the provider said he wasn’t allowed to let anyone back. Doing an ultrasound without the other parent who is present is inhumane and cruel.

Deeply Unprofessional and Poorly Managed
My experience at this facility has been extremely disappointing. They present themselves as a place that’s here to help, but in reality, patients feel more like dollar signs than individuals seeking care. When insurance isn’t accepted, they require you to pay half of the procedure cost upfront — even before confirming if the procedure is actually the correct one or if it can even be completed or the correct one chosen by the provider. If the procedure can’t be done, they only refund half of what was paid, and then inform you that the refund will take approximately three weeks to process.
To make matters worse, when the provider asks you to return for a follow-up, they demand another half-payment, even though the initial refund still hasn’t been issued. Arriving early or on time for an appointment makes no difference. They quote patients a 20-minute wait time to be seen by the provider, yet I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment before being called in and was quoted another 20 minutes before I was seen by the provider. During that time, patients who had appointments after me — and even a walk-in patient — were taken in before me, while I sat in the waiting area.
The lack of professionalism doesn’t end there. They allow patients to bring in “service dogs” with no visible identification or vest, even in a healthcare setting. On one occasion, a dog defecated in the waiting area. The patient attempted to clean it with tissues and informed the staff, who simply directed them to dispose of it outside. No one came to properly sanitize or disinfect the area — something absolutely unacceptable in a medical environment.
Additionally, the administrative staff at the front desk are extremely loud, engaging in personal conversations in full earshot of patients. This level of unprofessionalism is alarming for any healthcare facility.
This facility operates with a complete lack of structure, accountability, and basic respect for patients. If this location is receiving any form of government funding, it is a serious misuse of resources. It needs to be fully investigated, funding should be pulled immediately, and this location should be shut down or they should at minimum hire a competent management team to properly run the facility.
Overall, my experience here has been chaotic, careless, and unacceptable from start to finish. I strongly caution anyone considering this place to look elsewhere for quality care and respect as a patient.

Terrible Customer service My wife had been trying to call and make an appointment wasn’t able to reach anyone so she decided to just go down there, they had her wait just to tell her a doctor wouldn’t be able to see her. A big waste of time I don’t recommend this place

Be prepared to wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment time. And that’s not including how long it takes to even be seen once you’re in the back.
