  My daughter and I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and courteous. After having my daughter go to a previous dental appointment two weeks before and telling her she had no cavities, I was shocked to find out this dentist found several cavities and possibly have to do a root canal! It just shows how good this place is with their X-rays and how bad the other place was doing through out the years with their X-rays. I'm definitely staying at Fun Zone.

  Would do zero stars if available. It's super crowded, unprofessional, and the dentist we saw for my child had the worst bedside manners I have ever seen. No privacy there, and you feel like cattle. These reviews are way off, only chose it because it was 4.7☆s. TVs and fancy fish are all for show to mask how bad the location is. We can say the 1 star is because of the one positive thing, it's cheap compared to the better dentists...

  A bit frustrated second time I go to an appointment & they tell me my insurance wasn’t verified. & on top of that my appointments for my kid are on weekends which insurance can’t be verified. Why can’t this be verified ahead of the appointment or call me instead of possibly wasting my time on the appointment the day of. Doctor is nice & the staff as well but they just brush it off instead of ensuring this is taken care of.

  My son was squirming and holding on to the chair out of discomfort and pain during his cleaning. I noticed his mouth filling with blood and when I went to tell the lady doing my son’s cleaning that he had just lost two teeth the previous day she was ignoring me. To the point I had to raise my voice and stand over her for her to relax. Then she tried to tell me well he needs to clean the teeth good. Yes of course. But not where there are still very much open holes in his mouth. When I asked how long the appropriate amount of days of healing till returning to a proper brush in the area was. She had no idea. It was actually very infuriating. Every time we have had her it was not pleasant. At all. All of the rest of the staff was great. But she was horrible and she seemed annoyed I was advocating for my child. But I do not need him traumatized of the dentist.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone. My mother in law has been taking my son in for us because we have not been able to miss work to take him. They did not tell me parent had to be present in booking the appointment, would not see him when she went to bring him the first time but made an exception, took him to the second appointment myself for his braces and thought it was fine for him to be brought back for his filling, now they will not see her and giving her a hard time at the front desk. I will never go back here again. They have lost 3 patients now with my kids. There is so many options for dentists in this area, absolutely do not consider going here. I am going to give just as bad of a review for their ortho page because that was another bad experience as well. For whatever reason they had none of our insurance documents on file and I have been waiting for weeks for a call for what my cost for services would be. I should not be chasing them down for them to help me. You will do yourself a big favor by NEVER coming here.
