- RRRobinNov 1, 20251.0Me and another girl were completely ignored by the guy dressed as a card on Halloween. We could hear employees laughing in the back but no one was helping us. When a man finally came in and asked for glasses pickup, he was helped before us girls by an employee dressed as a mouse that was clearly available the whole time, as she came over immediately to help the guy. Then she finally helped me (with an attitude, until I gave it back to her), I was just told they couldn't help me. Cool. Glad I waited (read: was ignored) 30 minutes to leave empty handed. The girl behind me in line wasn't helped immediately after me either. I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone come here. If you have to cuz they're cheaper than elsewhere, I get it, but you're better off shopping online. These people don't deserve your money. And for the record, Stanton, there's no use having a huge reception desk if no one is going to be there or acknowledge customers standing at it. I have no problem waiting. I have an issue with being treated like im invisible tho.

But the service is terrible — I think they should teach especially the younger employees how to work with people, because that’s their job. Not even a “good morning,” not a smile; they serve you as if something were bothering them. Honestly, because of people like that, I won’t be going back there.
- JNJoey NarducciOct 24, 20252.0Would not recommend this place. Made an appointment for my daughter to get her exam and the deal for the 2 pairs of glasses. Get there and there was pretty much no one in there and we still had to wait about 45 mins or so after our appointment time to be seen. So my daughter does the virtual exam and then we go look for a couple pairs of glasses which we understood which ones were part of the special pricing and that others had different prices, as they were marked. I confirmed with the lady there on how the pricing works with 2 pair deal and we picked out a couple pairs and one was about $20 more which we understood and we're fine with. So we get over to the table to finalize everything and she comes up with a total of around $234 and I say how did you come up with that and she was showing all these little things that were "necessary" add ons and was saying something about how since one of her eyes was worse she needed this extra stuff so I ended up having to settle for 1 pair. The deal they offer is very misleading, did not expect to go in there paying close to triple what they offer, they need to make it clear that not everyone will qualify for the deal at that price and it depends on each person's circumstances. Also it took about a week longer than they told us to get the glasses and when I went to pick them up I stood there for about 20 mins waiting for someone to help me pick up the prescription and there was no line and barely any customers, just having people walking by saying someone will be with you. Then finally someone came over and it took maybe a minute to do that. Just overall a very frustrating experience, and gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the eye exam was good and the lady who assisted us with the eye exam was good, everything else was a bad experience.
