- RRRobinNov 1, 20251.0Me and another girl were completely ignored by the guy dressed as a card on Halloween. We could hear employees laughing in the back but no one was helping us. When a man finally came in and asked for glasses pickup, he was helped before us girls by an employee dressed as a mouse that was clearly available the whole time, as she came over immediately to help the guy. Then she finally helped me (with an attitude, until I gave it back to her), I was just told they couldn't help me. Cool. Glad I waited (read: was ignored) 30 minutes to leave empty handed. The girl behind me in line wasn't helped immediately after me either. I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone come here. If you have to cuz they're cheaper than elsewhere, I get it, but you're better off shopping online. These people don't deserve your money. And for the record, Stanton, there's no use having a huge reception desk if no one is going to be there or acknowledge customers standing at it. I have no problem waiting. I have an issue with being treated like im invisible tho.
