Very condescending, short, curt in her demeanor. Rushed due to appointment scheduling. The company should fix that, if that's the causing her to be that way. Anyway, I've been going there since 2018, probably change to somewhere else next year. Joy, (don't know their titles) that helps fit glasses, is fantastic, very helpful, very patient, always smiles and has good words. I will miss her. Thank you for your service over the last few years.
