    Drove two hours for an appointment I made for a pap smear. They canceled it because they double booked, they never called to inform me. Claimed they tried to but my voicemail doesn't work. A blatant lie. They made zero effort to make it right, and told me I could sit in the office ALL DAY LONG with no guarantee of an appointment with my 2 year old. Super unprofessional. Do not depend on them for your health related needs. Just go somewhere else. Wish I could do 0 stars.

    After 2 hours of waiting I informed them and they realized they lost my chart…they already had to reschedule me because of no staff would be there to help me on the day they scheduled me.

    The worst service ever!! I walked in after taking the day off work and patiently waited 4 hours and still waiting! They were super dead when I walked in early this morning. After waiting for hours I’ve politely asked to use the restroom and I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have an appointment after they’ve sent me a text message appointment confirmation for 1pm! I’m still waiting to be seen and apparently I cannot use the restroom because I didn’t make an appointment prior to today so now they want me to sit around for who know how many more hours and hold my urine because I don’t have an appointment prior to today. This is absolutely the worst service ever! Both front desk staff to Alexia the manager were really rude! This is my first time ever visiting a planned parenthood and I’m hoping they’ll all not the same!

    Horrible customer service and front staff is too loud when it comes to talking about people's visits. I heard to many things I shouldnt of heard about other patients

    The person I was speaking with today was super rude I believe her name is Rebecca, I get that it’s a Monday morning but if u don't wanna be at work don’t go ! And she was being rude about my age which shouldn’t even matter.
