  This is the worst place ever. They neglect their patients. They have no compassion nor empathy what so ever. They would hurry to get you out of that place and wouldn't even talk to their patients properly and rush them. They act like it is your fault you got hurt at work and wouldn't even care for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I was telling my concerns but the workers didn't care and said I didn't tell them my concerns. This was the worst experience ever,

  They got me in and out for pre employment drug test normal wait time you would expect from a urgent care but the two stars come from the staff waiting at the door I could hear them whispering just because I’m a black man with dreads does not mean i do drugs yes I took a second to pee I have a condition if you must know to lady worker that whispered “did you see how he looks flag him he is taking to long “ followed by did you hear that yea definitely flag”witch did not help with me focusing on peeing and yes my pee comes out in increments due to my condition so not only did you make me feel like shit about the health issues I’m dealing with in life I felt unfairly prejudged and less than a familiar feeling that I have felt to often being a black man in society and especially growing up in this area of California when all I have every done is try and do right and provide for my kids as as single father who has his kids full time with no support system and then I call the place I’m trying to get employed at almost a week later today and they still have not received any information on my drug test and even if said drug test was flagged it has stil been well over the 3 days I was told it could take if flagged preventing from being able to start work and provide for my kids these holidays was already hard enough with the cost of living going up welfare not covering my full rent since being laid off my lost job and not being able to get my kids anything for the holidays witch I was hoping to make up to my kids once working at this new job and then I get the bad news today that they had to give the position to someone else because they needed the position filled asap they have not received any update from the clinic I am in tears as I write this and don’t know what to do and lastly I just want to say to not even the employees but to anyone who reads this please think before you do or say and always try to be kind and respectful and understanding because you never know what someone is going through in life or fighting in life and because that nasty thing you said or did could be final thing that pushed someone to the brink in this nasty world I still love everybody and everything I do and did was and always for my kids that I love so much review over P.s. i know I’m just ranting and yall can careless you just want good reviews but I have nobody to talk to and be heard sorry

  Got my name wrong numerous times. Couldn’t complete the questionnaire because incorrect name. Called me “Carlos” every time I went. No sincere care to patients, except for the x ray tech.. Every time they took my blood pressure they were asking me questions during the reading. Tried to schedule appointments as they wished not for the patients needs. The guys in the Physical Therapy were talking to each other & checking on their cars numerous times. No professional care.

  Jazmin was the nurse who helped me she was so kind and fun to talk to. Process was quick without making it feel rushed. Thank you! I went for a physical and a drug test. The cut off time for a physical is around 11am just FYI. I got there just before 11 and they did their best to get me in really appreciate you all going the extra mile.

  Concentra is not there to examine you and give you a real medical check up. They are there to cover your employers back. They don’t care about your pain.They treat you like your making up the pain to get off work.Explains why they only reply to 5 star reviews. Dorothy Smith was rude and dismissive and raised her voice at me during the visit. At no point did I feel heard. I have bad back pain I got during the job. On Sunday I couldn’t walk, the appointment was Tuesday. By Tuesday I could walk more. I told her about Sunday and she said I’m going to far back and that it doesn’t matter.She made me touch my toes and when I couldn’t due to a sharp internal pain she raised her voice and told me to do it again and touch my toes. She then “examined” my lower back by tapping it and said I had no muscle spasms cause I felt no pain from the light tapping. I told her my pain didn’t feel muscular and that I lost core strength overnight and that I struggled getting off my back. She told me it was because my core or “stomach muscles” were weak. She then said I already suffered from previous lower back pain before the work injury as if to gaslight me. If I go to a real doctor they won’t see me as soon as I mention work injury. My only options are to lie to my doctor to get a proper check up or sue
