I've been with them for years and I didn't want to move to another PCP that's why I'm trying to see what other insurances they take so I can enroll and continue care. The lady on the phone was condescending and rude, so unprofessional. She also told me that they will not continue to see me if I take new insurance as I will be considered a new patient and they don't take new patients right now. Well that's not what I was told during my recent visit in the office 5 days ago. She seems like she hates her job the way her tone was. It was always a pleasant experience with them that's why I wanted to stay but now it's giving me that vibes that it's better to move my care elsewhere. The facility needs to educate their staff into being more professional.
