This rating is solely directed toward the health care provider. I waited 3 hours to be seen by said provider for a physical exam. She failed to introduce herself or I would have included her name. I understand she was the only physician working that day however 3 hours was a bit excessive in my humble opinion. The lack of communication perhaps contributed to the need of me writing my review. I pray others have a better experience.
