A very pleasant and welcoming environment; too bad I could not agree on the same terms with the answering receptionists when placing an appointment. What is suppose to be a very serious and comfortable conversation when having to explain your situation to a complete stranger in "Planned Parenthood", you would think this assistant would be more professional at her job knowing that she before anything is a certified medical assistant. Speaking and answering any questions a patient might have should be his or her excellent communication skills required in attempting/attaining in this career field.
