My husband and I have been coming here basically since our son was a newborn and he is now 11. Before coming to Pearl I had major dental anxiety due to past bad experiences. I had major fillings and root canals that I had put off because of it. Now I don't dread cleanings and I haven't needed a filling in forever. I've even gotten clear correct braces and have been doing great with my retainer. Even after they stopped taking our insurance we have done whatever we had to do to make it work. To me any insurance hassle is worth the quality of care we get with them.
