  Place is dirty my appointment was at 11:15 it’s currently 12pm and I’m still waiting. Vents need to be cleaned the dirt is so caked on it’s noticeable from a far there’s a noticeable smell when walking into the building I have no problems with staff but they need to do a thorough clean of all surfaces

  rude staff & receptionist!! i understand they want to get you in and out of appointments as fast as they can but i had a lot of questions on some labs they had done on me and the person helping me just proceeded to tell me i was going to get a phone call explaining everything i wanted to know!! skip the stress go to the tracy location instead

  Planned Parenthood should be a joyous experience for new mom and dad. As soon as my wife and walked in to this office we were attacked by the receptionist asking if we both had an appointment with a level 9 attitude. I told her my wife had an appointment and that we wanted to know together if she was pregnant. She said I had leave the building and I could only re enter when it was time to pay the bill. I could possibly understand the guidelines due to the COVID-19 if the receptionist had Customer Service skills. Her strong attitude made the experience a bad one. Customer Service needs to addressed to the receptionist in this facility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a joyous experience.

  If i could give no stars i would, my appointment was over an hour ago & im still here waiting & this is ridiculous!! Apparently theres only 1 RN well maybe you need to get another RN or not schedule soo many appointments at once, just a thought for ya. Sincerely one annoyed pissed patient😡
