  I finally went back to a SC studio after several years. I have a SC bike at home which I love. I was visiting my daughter in LA that week. When we lived in LA, I went to this studio a lot and loved it. This class was great - the staff was helpful when I came in. The instructor was tough and pushed us hard, which I don't mind. The only thing I didn't like was they had a rider for the instructor that day and she was skin and bones, to what appeared to be an unhealthy point. It's not motivating to see someone up there cycling who looks like that. In fact it was very disturbing.

  The front desk staff is extremely rude, unfriendly, and unaccomodating. Ruined my day and will never revisit this location again.

  The front desk did not honor my ClassPass reservation, disregarding the proof of my class reservation saying that the only way they would let me in is if I would pay for a class. The very kind and beautiful Bess is to be thanked for this wonderful treatment. She is a true gem and a true representation of the soul that soulcycle has always embodied. To avoid having your workout ruined, try another location and soulcycle - please vet your people.

  I loved Brian's 60 minute class. It was definitely challenging but his energy was amazing and this gave me my record exercise which was amazing. I didn't feel tired afterwards but rather energized and was left in an uplifted mood for the remaining day and even a few days after. I especially appreciated Brian's motivational speech at the very end of the class. I also liked how he did it just at the end instead of throughout the class like I've had from different instructors at other places before, which can sometimes feel like too much/ preachy. Brian's class was a 10/10, would absolutely take again. I also appreciated that at the beginning of the class and for the first 5 or so minutes staff were around and very detail-oriented, ready to help attendees! My -1 point is strictly related to the structure of the studio itself. Unlike cyclebar, only your first ride has a free shoe rental and it's $4 from there. The space is VERY cramped here while fitting 30-40 attendees. Being in the locker area and trying to get past people was the most stressful part about this trip - everyone's in everyone else's spaces by design and it's not the most pleasant after a very rigorous workout. The bathroom space is also quite small and cramped.
