Tim, the program manager, genuinely cared about every resident and created a structured, recovery-focused community. The house was well-managed, the atmosphere positive and there was a strong sense of accountability and connection. He has felt safe and understood as he navigates the process of becoming an independent adult. The staff is extremely caring and involved with his progress, and they are knowledgeable about the complex challenges surrounding mental health as well as addiction and have always supported our family as a whole to better understand these challenges. I am so grateful for this program !
