  This dental office is extremely disappointing. It’s located in a very dangerous area near MacArthur Park, surrounded by a full of homeless. The door is always locked inside, and you have to knock every time you in-out. Allow phone calls only outside the building, and they lock the door from the inside due to security. The front desk staff was rude and didn’t even see me when I walked in, it seemed I am another homeless on the street.The interior was not clean and old, and the service was rude enough that I decided to leave immediately. After reading so may negative reviews, I’m not surprised why so may patients were mad and had being humiliated here. I’m relieved they didn’t end up working on my teeth. Because I don't want to visite this office again for any regular dental works. Unprofessional staff and an unsafe environment—definitely not recommended!!!
