  My son, initially was in an inpatient facility and insurance denied the claim so we had to quickly get him moved to a different type of outpatient treatment. This is when I found Launch. I spoke with Clint in admissions and he was extremely kind and helpful as well as compassionate. He was able to seamlessly get my son moved out of the inpatient program and into php/iop and sober living within just a couple of days. He also spoke with my son and counseled him on important things to look for in a recovery center. My son was in a dark place when he started here and now 3 months later, he is so much better. I truly think everyone at launch was exactly what he needed. His therapist Jake seemed to really care about and get my son, which is so appreciated. The other staff were also fantastic. I would recommend this center to any young adult struggling with depression and or addiction issues. Grateful!!!

  I remember the day of my first phone call, I had so little hope that things could improve for me and was skeptical if program was even worth it. But I did my intake with Clint and he was so personable, made me feel welcome and seen in a time I needed to be, and set the tone as to what my time at Launch would be like. It felt so aligned, so I swallowed my pride and he was the reason I took the leap and chance at this program even though I was hesitant before. I completed it and it's been several months since, and I'm well-regulated now, working full-time, and made lifelong friends I still talk to every day. Enthusiastic, always available when I'm at the program, super helpful, thanks to that day I chose to show up I know my life has changed much for the better and I'm a stronger person than I felt possible in the moment, I can manage through my bipolar symptoms with greater clarity and ease of functioning than before, and have gratitude to express towards the staff.

  I spent three months at Launch, and it was a great experience. I’d been to other IOPs before, but Launch really stood out for how well it helped clients rebuild. Beyond standard therapy, Launch was hands-on and practical - focused on helping people build structure, improve routines, and take real steps toward school or employment. Kami, their on-staff educational consultant, helped me organize my transcripts and get back into school which made a huge difference. My parents also found the family sessions very helpful. The groups were well-run and clinically effective, and the staff genuinely cared about everyone’s progress.

  I had an incredible time at Launch centers the staff and the therapists are so kind and compassionate, and I would truly recommend Launch centers to anyone who needs help.

  I'm so grateful to have found launch when I was in a time of need. The staff and therapy team here is second to none. Their compassion and care for their clients really makes this place standout. This community is a special one!
