Gave two different medications for the same diagnosis. Also, forgot who their urgent care patients were! We did also notice a posible privacy violation. Don’t go here.

He, he never Returned the next tech showed up She said she needed to get her morning started and that she would take care of me in a minute I ended up waiting an hour and a half until the next tech came in. At that time she handed him two plastic yellow folders and said these two people need to be tested I feel that the office was very inefficient and was not being respectful of my time.
- EEEricDec 8, 20251.0I had a horrible experience. I was helped by a man (Omar Lopez) who made a homosexual advance at me to wich I respectfully declined. I was then for a pre employment drug test. I was given a container and sent into a room to pee in the container. After exiting the room I placed the filled container on the table. Omar Lopez picked up the container and threw the urine specimen in the trash and told me to pee again. He was obviously upset that I declined his homosexual advance and this was retaliation. I then had to stay at the facility for 3 hours per FMCSA regulation to avoid a refusal. I am currently reaching out to an attorney to see what options are available for me to be compensated for my emotional damage, psychological damage, embarrassment, sexual harassment, and loss of employment. I do not recommend this place.
