Urgent care was quick with response getting me seen and Treated. Paperwork was fast and easy as well. Staff was kind and attentive. Very nice inside safe location inside the gates.

For example, they deliberately misclassified an exposure during my phone visit just to argue that my work incident didn’t meet certain criteria. They seem to assume that patients don’t understand what’s happening, but in reality, people do notice — most just don’t have the energy to argue about such absurd behavior. The doctor I visited in person was discriminatory and racist. He made inappropriate, race-related comments. Such actions are completely unprofessional and unsafe. This kind of conduct should never be tolerated in a healthcare setting.

IS INCREDIBLE how he dare to say something like that, this man shouldn't be a doctor. Totally invalidate the consequences and symptoms I have he said is my imagination. Probably if I'm dead he will say is in my mind too. He said a hit in my head doesn't impact in my nerves, when I felt as a lightning throw my face, mental fog and poor coordination. He acted as a kid, sitted in the patients bed with his feet dangling has a kid while he ignored what I asked, saying "I already explained", he said he will remove all the recommendations a doctor made before him. Totally throw all the good job of this clinic away. Receptionists, therapist, 1rst Doctor, everyone in the clinic is kind and respectful but him.
