My care has been top notch with OT and PT. My specialist in the Compton Office is great and straight forward. My only issue is every time you see a physician they don’t read what the previous one noted in your chart. They released me twice stating there’s nothing more we can do for you. (Strange) when you don’t elaborate what I can do or refer me to a specialist that can help. I think some people that are faking injuries mess it up for the honest people. Kuddos to Justin(OT) Brittany (OT) and Esther (specialist) in the LAX office

I had a terrible experience at this place. I got bit by a dog at work. They sent to this place. Doctor came in and straight went to computer. Didn’t even take a look. He said I need your supervisor info I need to fallow the protocol. He said he has a dog too and said all dog’s are vaccinated in CA. I said I work at a hotel the dog dosen’t live in CA and the owners took off. He said doesn’t matter and said probably dog is vaccinated. I said my knee hurts too he said he’ll give me an ice pack. They didn’t give me a raybies shot. I talked to other doctor and he googled raybies in CA, and showed me see there’s no raybies cases in CA last three years. I told him my cousin is a doctor and one of his patient caught raybies and the doc said you should ask him then. After that I told him the same thing the owner doesn’t live in CA, and asked him is there a chance to catch raybies and he said logically yes.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the care I received at Concentra. I waited over three hours to be seen while in severe pain. When the doctor finally came in, they ordered x-rays but did not examine the actual area of my injury. I specifically mentioned that I was experiencing muscle spasms in my lower left back, but the doctor did not assess or address this concern. After the x-rays were taken, the doctor briefly stated that I could return to work without performing a proper examination or explaining the results. I felt completely dismissed and unheard during my visit. It appeared that the main priority was to clear me for work rather than to evaluate and treat my pain. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately, as my symptoms have not improved and I still require medical attention.

My experience was very disappointing. I came in due to a work-related injury and clearly expressed that my pain level was a 10. Despite this, Dr. Manoogian only examined my rib cage and told me I was okay, suggesting I could get an X-ray if needed. I did not receive a thorough evaluation. When I returned for a follow-up, my wife called to discuss concerns and a referral for further scans. Dr. Cary Manoogian refused to continue the appointment or address our questions and did not document her refusal in my patient record. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she made rude remarks, stating it wasn’t medically necessary for me to have additional testing despite my ongoing severe pain three days after the initial visit. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this provider for any patient care.

Came here because it was the only urgent care near me that was open at 11 pm. After calling, was told that there was no one there who could do stitches but decided to give it a go anyway as the other would be a much longer drive. Showed up, got sent away claiming they only deal with work emergencies, which is flase based on their website. Managed to still owe money for parking and being there less than 5 mins. They don't want to see patients or help anyone in need. Needed up having to drive to Torrance where I learned that this location did in fact have someone available that is able to do stitches. You're welcome to come here if you want to run around and all your pain fall on deaf ears.
