Not want I wanted or asked for and was never told that was going to happen over the phone when requesting a cleaning. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted properly but no big deal eventually I was greeted. The problem lies when I go to talk to the doctor and his assistant is webcam. GRISELDA was the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. Absolutely no customer service. The doctor was okay but still not very personable or accurate since we're talking about my teeth and no one has seen them in person and they are basing it off AI. After trying to get scammed into buying a membership and paying for things that my insurance covers I decided to take my business elsewhere

Due to me having a high tolerance for pain meds, I don’t get the pain relief most people do with the standard medication prescribed. My dentist experience is not different. I never get numb when I go to the dentist, so I stopped going. I could not put myself through such a painful experience that had my eyes rolling up into my head. Because my insurance assigned me to Zak Dental, I though I would give then a call an inquire if they do conscious sedation, which I was told they did. I just assumed that conscious sedation could be administered for any dental procedure, so I booked an appointment. To make a long story short, I conveyed my concerned with my treatment coordinator and I learned that conscious sedation could only be used for extractions and other involved treatments. Because I had not been to the dentist is several years, I though I would given them a try to see if I could get numb enough to go through the process of filling a tooth. I was amazed that I was able to sit through the procedure with almost no discomfort. When I begin to barely fill some pain, my dentist give me another injection and I was good to go. This was the best dental experience I have ever had with local sedation.
