- RWRosanna Wyatt3 days ago2.0I've been here before and always had a positive experience with the staff but this last time I went was different. The nurse who I initially saw had a bad attitude and made me feel super uncomfortable. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but you gotta learn to leave that stuff at the door, especially when you're dealing with people's health, especially sexual/reproductive health. People are already feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable. I wish I could remember her name but I hope Planned Parenthood will be able to figure out who I'm talking about. She was cold and seemed mad and impatient. I sometimes get lightheaded when getting bood drawn and usually tell people that before they do it so I can lay down or whatever, but she was already making me uncomfortable so I didn't say anything. Then she had trouble drawing my blood, which has never happened to me before. They had a different woman try and she had no issue. The man who actually did my exam was lovely, he was friendly and professional and fast. The second woman who drew my blood was also nice. It was just the first lady I had an issue with.
- BGBryce GurneyDec 8, 20251.0Bad vasectomy. Doctor kept doing the surgery after I notified him that I still had feeling in my testicle. I felt the whole surgery and could tell him what he was doing throughout the procedure with my eyes closed the whole time. He just told me to quit clenching and relax. After he was finished, I was left in shock and a po of sweat. It's been one year since and after 3 inconclusive tests, I went to a fertility clinic. Turns out they did a shoddy job and I still have swimmers. Called my buddy who recommended me, turns out he also needed 2 procedures. I will never recommend this office.

My wait time wasn’t long at all and the NP Jacquelyn and the Megan made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. If primary care providers created such environments with their patients I feel we would visit them more! I would recommend this location.
