From frontbdesk all the way through to the examination room i was comfortable and felt cared for. There was more than enough parking when i got there. The doctor i saw was very professional and saw me at my appointment time. I did not have to wait a long time. The nurse that did all of my pre employment testing was nice and made me feel very comfortable. My experience was great at this office. Thank you.

The Physical Therapy started off great, but lost its "je ne sais quoi". If I had to put it in words, it lost its friendly face. At first, it was the only reason to travel so far. However, by my 3rd visit, it was gone. Maybe it was just a bad day, which I can understand, but it rubbed me the wrong way and I will be looking for PT closer to where I reside. I hope Annette (I could be wrong about her name) is ok. Maybe the stress of the holiday or maybe it was just me, but the welcoming demeanor had vanished which is why a closer Concentra (Santa Fe Springs) will be contacted by me later today. Thank You.
