Initially, I went to an independent optometrist at Costco, but the doctor performing the exam seemed overly cautious and made me feel nervous about the condition of my eyes. We ended up cutting the exam short, and I left feeling uneasy. I started looking for another optometrist to get a second opinion and found this place. I called the office, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I saw Dr. Nguyen and explained what had happened and the reason for my visit. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly examined my eyes. It turns out, my eyes were perfectly fine! She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and walked me through different contact lens options with recommendations that were best suited for me. She didn’t just examine my eyes—she provided helpful information so I could make the right choices for my eye health.

My eye exam was exceptionally thorough and I really appreciated all of the feedback and information the doctor provided during the appointment. - TCTim ConnorsJan 8, 20201.0first do not use them. overpriced and clueless for a little more complicated Rx. april2019. got my new lenses and glasses put them on and they were totally off. tech checks the lenses and say matches your Rx. SSEyes says go back to original optometrist, pay full, price (bc insurance has reached max). AND pay full price to SSEyes for another round of lenses. I have to have a prism for vertical double vision. so they say wear and get use to them. never did. jan2020. (had to wait for insurance) went to ophthalmologist. they determine there is no prism in my lenses. and lenses did not match Rx. now i have to see a surgeon to correct vision. i spent the last 8 mo. traveling, driving 15,000 miles thinking my site was just getting worse. Let the finger pointing begin.
