  Amazing and quick service for a last minute TB test! My nurse was amazing! He was so warm, nurturing and super funny! He made me feel comfortable even though I am not the fondest of needles or shots! I would definitely come back!

  I had an appointment at 12:30 checked in at 12:32 saw the doctor at 1:47 and I had to wait for one hour and fifteen minutes after doctor comes in she doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that I had to wait just for a follow up appointment. When I brought it up she didn’t even apologize or show any form of understanding but just said its is like this and people had to wait for 3 hours. I don’t understand this at all and I think this is unacceptable especially because I wasn’t a walk in and I DID make an APPOINTMENT. Worst experience I had in any medical facility and I myself work in a medical office. I hope they do a better job at communicating that if you make a follow up appointment which for the examination took less than 5 minutes there might be a chance to wait for 3 hours and its normal!

  Excellent Experience at Concentra Urgent Care! I had a really positive experience at Concentra Urgent Care during my recent visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel well cared for from start to finish. Special thanks to Jeffrey, the new trainee — he did an excellent job! He was polite, attentive, and showed a lot of professionalism for someone new in training. It’s clear he’s learning from the best. Also, a big shoutout to Marty, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the visit. Marty made the process smooth and efficient, showing true dedication to patient care. Overall, this team made my experience fast, comfortable, and stress-free. I highly recommend this Concentra location to anyone who needs urgent care with a personal touch.

  because Google won't let you give a negative review as a no-stars they're getting a one the staff there not helpful in the least when I went to check in they knew that there was a delay with the doctor I was seeing did they inform me that there was going to be a delay no and I know sometimes doctors get behind so when it was 30 minutes past my appointment time I wasn't too worried when it was 45 minutes past my appointment time I'm like okay now this is ridiculous I went up there and we spoke to them and they said well she's behind how much longer is going to take well we don't have a room to put you in okay well I made an appointment and if she can't see me today let's redo it they did not offer to redo it also they wanted me to do x-rays or something I could have done that in the whole time I was sitting there and been done with it but then I had to wait for them to be able to do my x-ray before I could even see the doctor it was a mess and they weren't nice they were not nice I tried to remain as polite as I could under the circumstances which were very stressful but if for any reason they say you should go to this office for any medical thing ask them if you could go somewhere else don't waste your time Jeff bezos could offer me all his money and I wouldn't go to this place again
