At arrival I was told it would be about 25 minutes wait, I thought it was manageable - I waited for two hours without complaining. I approached the front desk and let them know I had been waiting for two hours, one staff member said, let me get my manager and left, another staff member proceeded to make some off the wall comments about “well we had emergencies, etc” I waited another 40 minutes before the doctor came up to the counter and told me I did not have to have a x-ray and asked me to sign some forms. In my opinion - even with the emergencies, I should have been able to be seen within an hour tops.

- JLJoshua LillenbergNov 24, 20255.0Dr. Harwer was fantastic at actually listening to how I was feeling. Her treatment has helped me recover and get back to work as quickly as possible. Just as importantly, she prioritized my wellbeing over just rushing me back to work. This is the second injury that she has seen me for and both times her treatment was top notch. Dr. Harwer even spent most a ridiculous amount of time ( about 10 phone calls) with the pharmacy to make sure I got the best medicine so I could finally get some sleep despite a terrible cough. I am very grateful for her professionalism and bedside manner. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to my coworkers moving forward.
