  Today I called to schedule a yearly appointment for same day which yes they were able to accommodate and also did inform them them I had dual coverage. The appointment was set until about an hour later one of staff calls me and lets me know about an appointment I missed in march of this year and that she was going to charge for an appointment I missed 8 months ago and I let staff know that if she had just figured out that I missed that appointment, It was not about how much she was charging me which $20 I would've paid them, but it was just the tone that she had and that it was eight months ago. So she had no Customer Service when I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. Didn't even care, which that's fine, but I just found out that it was just the approach that she had and the bad Customer Service.

  They fixed my glasses for me and even had an eyeglasses repair kit handy for me to purchase, for some reason my screws keep falling out of one side of my sunglasses and I only went in to ask for a kit and they even said here let me fix it I greatly appreciate it they were so kind from the second I walked in, they have a showroom on site as well for prescription purchases

  Do not bring your child if they have learning disabilities the doctor will embarrass them in front of everyone and repeatedly throw it in their face!

  No sé por qué tiene tan poca puntuación Cuando yo fui me gustó me cobraron $100 por la consulta la medicina no estaba tan cara y en otros lados es terriblemente carísimo
