The appointment was set until about an hour later one of staff calls me and lets me know about an appointment I missed in march of this year and that she was going to charge for an appointment I missed 8 months ago and I let staff know that if she had just figured out that I missed that appointment, It was not about how much she was charging me which $20 I would've paid them, but it was just the tone that she had and that it was eight months ago. So she had no Customer Service when I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. Didn't even care, which that's fine, but I just found out that it was just the approach that she had and the bad Customer Service.

Also if you are using health care I.e. medical they will tell you it will take 8weeks to receive your glass and will push you to buy a second pair of glasses so you don’t have to wait. Guess what they don’t take 8 weeks to get , for low income family’s it’s a scare tactic to get them to buy glasses they don’t need or can afford , when the glasses arrive in two to three weeks. And when you do get them the frames are very uncomfortable and super cheap plastic that will break very easy.I’m sorry to see this place go downhill
