Every session feels fresh, challenging, and perfectly tailored to what my body needs that day. Wendy has an incredible ability to notice the smallest adjustments that make the biggest difference in form and results. All of the instructors at Evolving Pilates are equally wonderful—professional, positive, and genuinely invested in helping every student grow stronger and more confident. The studio has such a welcoming, uplifting energy that I look forward to every class. I can honestly say this is the best Pilates studio anywhere. It's been years since I last took pilates, and there are plenty of people older and less experienced than me here. Im hooked and I love it.

She's talented, caring, and great at her job. She doesn't just teach the class, she takes the time to fix you and help you accomplish your goals. No class is ever the same, which makes it challenging and fun. My favorites are endurance pump and inter 2. The studio is clean and well kept. Music is always great! Great environment. Great community.

I’ve had almost every instructor now and they’re all incredible, but my last class with Evelyn was next-level fun.
