Bad service from the doctors also the head doctor from the building. He lie in the notes annotated in my fie. He says there that he offered me a chaperone which is a lie and that I am a manager. I’m a management clerk.
In all of the Concentra offices they only care about the money not the patient. I missed 5 days because I was so sore after tripping and falling down. My whole body ache and I told them but did care.
I wish that you can pay more attention to the patients as they describe the pain that a person is going through. First and last time that I accept going to one of these places.
Now I know the truth about caring of their patients.
Thank you

The front desk staff at Concerta consistently fall short in basic patient care and courtesy. While they seem focused on completing tasks, their tone is often rushed, flippant, and impatient—especially when repeating routine information. Unfortunately, this is part of their role, and the frustration shows. The lack of warmth and professionalism made the check-in experience feel transactional and unwelcoming.
That said, the back-end staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Their demeanor helped restore some trust in the care process, and I appreciated their effort to make the visit feel more supportive.

When I arrived it was about 1:20pm and the receptionist was nice, she mentioned that it was going to be a long wait but I had a work injury and I had to get it done that day. My job requires it within 24 hours. I wasn’t called back till 4pm and the nurse had an attitude because they were going to be closing soon. She told me “why did you come here when there’s a 24 hours concentra in Rancho Cucamonga?” and I said “this one is closer”. She was probably upset that they were closing and she was going to do overtime but I was there for a few hours already either way she was rude and unprofessional. The dr was great but she made me feel completely uncomfortable.
