When my aunt’s recovery from what was supposed to be a simple back surgery, turned into needing 24/7 care for her to return home, TheKey came through. I contacted a number of other care companies while at the hospital with my aunt. TheKey was the only one that could meet our need for my aunt to be released to return home that night, otherwise she would have had to go to a nursing home. TheKey was able to staff our need with only 3+ hours notice and they have continued to care for my aunt since March 2023.
