This location was not welcoming at all. A young woman working at the snack station was treated disrespectfully by customers, who were calling her names, and none of the staff stepped in to address it. She remained kind and professional despite the situation, but the overall environment felt hostile. Management and staff should do better to ensure a respectful and supportive atmosphere for employees and guests alike.

I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened. I was using their mobile drives back in 2021 and would travel out of my way to get there because they have amazing people! In the past, I’ve donated with Red Cross and they do not compare to how well San Diego blood bank treats me. They are super friendly and caring, and always check on you to make sure you’re okay. I’m glad this location opened because now I have a more consistent place to donate. Kiara (I think her name is) has been the one I’ve seen the most and she’s great. I usually experience a little pain when they’re putting the needle in and taking it out, but with her I’ve had the least amount of pain so far! I love chatting with her, too. I’ve never once been bruised or had bad side effects, and will keep coming here to donate blood. If you’ve ever decided you hate donating blood because of a bad experience, come here! They will treat you well.
