- VVVeeeOct 15, 20255.0This was my third time coming here due to my IUD and everyone has been so kind and gentle the entire time. They talk you through everything they are doing. There was a little bit of a wait this morning but thats to be expected nowadays. No need to get upset over stuff like that and everyone was still calm cool and collected even though they were a bit busier than normal. I wish they could be my primary gynecologist š

I scheduled an appointment through the phone for 8:30am and once I arrived the front desk lady said I didnāt have an appointment, even though I had proof from the message I was sent through text that I did. She proceeded to talk to me as if I were a child and said āYou need to keep track of that stuff okay?ā And rolled her eyes. I then told her I donāt have any health insurance since she asked, I repeatedly told her I didnāt and she kept asking and making it a point that I didnāt have health insurance. I donāt understand how she was employed or perhaps she needs a class on how to be a decent human being. She was able to reschedule me for 2 hours later. I didnāt get her name when I left outside but when I do go back inside Iāll ask for her name and talk to who is in charge. I spent the whole morning worried and anxious about getting my IUD taking out and after having that experience with her, I feel even more uneasy. Never coming back here again. Her name is Cathleen.
