Telling me she dint know who I talked to if I dont give her a name treated me so poorly I won't ever be nice with this lady again. I have a painful condition im dealing with enough. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. Im taking this all the way up the chain of command. I cannot believe her.

I recently started getting irritation on my neck for the few larger ones I had left. A friend advised me to seek medical advice. After my initial consultation/appointment I scheduled a date and finally had them removed. Easy surgical procedure almost no pain. Thought it would've took longer but it didn't. Staff was nice and the doctor answered the little questions I had. Overall good experience.
