Telling me she dint know who I talked to if I dont give her a name treated me so poorly I won't ever be nice with this lady again. I have a painful condition im dealing with enough. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. Im taking this all the way up the chain of command. I cannot believe her.

- GSGwen SawyerMay 31, 20191.0My daughter had a horrible experience at this office. We waited 46 minutes to be seen. The nurse did not smile once seemed very cold. But when Derek the PA came in he made her look great. Talk about cold. My daughter has special needs. I had to speak for her. He did not want to hear any of her symptoms. He spent about 3 minutes with us and have us a slip of paper for her to have a scalp biopsy. We were told results would be back in 2 to 3 weeks. We waited over 3 weeks and only because I spent two days on on the phone requesting the results did we finally get them. My daughter had been having burning, itching, crackling and stabbing pains in her head. Derek spent about another 3 minutes with us and said her hair loss was hormonal, possibly genetic. I suggest you buy some Rogaine. Wow! Hair loss was the least of our worries. I suggest you ask for someone other than Derek or go somewhere else. Awful place!
