What should have been a simple appointment turned into a frustrating and costly situation. They charge patients for unnecessary blood tests even for very basic vaccinations that you can easily get at Walgreens without all this hassle. At my appointment, I specifically told them we would bring the vaccinations ourselves. Despite this, they still charged my wife — who doesn’t speak English well — without proper explanation. Even worse, when we realized the mistake and asked them to cancel the transaction within 15 minutes, they refused. This is unacceptable and shows they are more interested in making money than caring for their patients. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are much better options in the area where patients are treated with respect and honesty. Also under every comments they write, please give us a call! Acting like they will solve any problem. I already called.
