- JRJennifer RojasMay 21, 20251.0I came in for my appointment at 12:30 on May 20th, 2025, the front desk lady was so rude and unwelcoming. I was already nervous but she made me feel like I shouldn’t have even been there and I just wanted to leave. While i was waiting to be seen, a Hispanic lady walks in to ask some questions and they start speaking Spanish, and she was so nice to her (the complete opposite with me). I feel it’s completely unacceptable to act that way towards a patient, especially in a place like this.

Her attitude is particularly despicable considering she works in a clinic where patients are usually in a distraught condition. Instead of being polite and professional, she throws her weight around making patient experience really horrible. Looking at the automated replies to other negative reviews I'm 100% sure employees aren't disciplined. Advice: Don't use planned parenthood if possible! Just go to a private clinic.

I didn’t feel judged at all or in anyway uncomfortable. I was helped within 10 minutes, very quickly considering it was a walk-in. It’s so secluded and private, a great location!
