  Bad service and bad attitude. Not value patient's time. She said wait time for urgent care is 2 hours, which was fine as I had to go therapy session next door anyway, She said I couldnt do that, I need to stay in lobby for whole time, comng back from therapy,reset the wait.......this was weird rule

  Came here because it was the only urgent care near me that was open at 11 pm. After calling, was told that there was no one there who could do stitches but decided to give it a go anyway as the other would be a much longer drive. Showed up, got sent away claiming they only deal with work emergencies, which is flase based on their website. Managed to still owe money for parking and being there less than 5 mins. They don't want to see patients or help anyone in need. Needed up having to drive to Torrance where I learned that this location did in fact have someone available that is able to do stitches. You're welcome to come here if you want to run around and all your pain fall on deaf ears. Edit - On my first visit for stitches, I was told that I need to come back to concentra to get them removed as paid for under the first visit. I followed the guidance of the worker who assisted me on the first night and came back to concentra to get it removed. Imagine my surprised when a second bills comes for stitches removal even though I was explicitly told that it would be covered by the same visit and to be sure to go back to concentra! I paid off the first and appealed the second as I was told multiple times it was covered under the same visit payment. Edit - if I could give stars, I would. They send multiple bills and no time to pay before going to debt collectors even though I was told that my balance was put on hold until my dispute was put through. With no other follow up from Concentra, I recived a letter from a debt collector - mind you again that this is after I paid for the first visit and was told that they would reach out to me once the desicion on despute was made. Unreasonable company run completely by money with no regard for patients in real people. Unbelievable and unethical. If the initial visits aren't bad enough, there is no compassion or understanding following either.

  Cared very little. Didn't test for any flu/covid when they thought I had pneumonia. Ended up having flu and giving it to my entire family. Was not treated properly.

  Nurses Gerardo “Jerry “ González / Maria Chavarín/ Front desk Yesenia Murillo were amazing!!!!! Definitely not only professional, but very caring and helpful. It’s one in a very unique weight, but all kind and very supportive…. Each one of them make me feel very welcome and the way they treat me. Talk to me. Really make a tremendous impression. I feel at home with family and I hardly get to feel that whenever I go to Dr, doctors appointment or a doctors office….. I’m sure I will never own a Hospital. But if I did, I will have them on my staff. Dr was also very kind. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but Thank You for giving me the chance to Express. How grateful am I to your nurses and your front desk, Personal until the next time, Best greetings to all of you.

  This Concentra has exceptional customer service. I went in for a physical and drug screen and was done withing an hour. From the wonderful girls in the front, to the nurses doing the drug screen, to the doctor that did the physical, everybody I came in contact with in that facility was polite, welcoming, professional, informative, and thorough. Great customer service, friendly staff, and informative.. keep up the great work ladies. You guys were exceptional.. .my visit was on 12/26/2025 between 10am-12pm great job to everybody during that shift
