Their care and consistent concern was exceptional. I highly recommend this facility, and hope someday they can open a center in the Midwest. Their faith based spiritual program (Links), as well as adventure recovery program, are Amazing components, and their individual therapy program is the Best therapy I’ve ever received! Great place to change your life for the better! One of the Best decisions I’ve ever made in my life!

Dustin, Shannon, Randall, John, Coco, Chauntelle, Harvey, Jordan, Dylan, JJ, Anthony, Dr. Herring, Keith, Ryan, Lorin, Mike, Mikayla, Anton, Art, John etc etc. Provides one of the best atmospheres for recovery of the many places I have been to. Sets foundations through several avenues of recovery to ensure that you have the best chance of using the skills learned to succeed when you leave. The best part about the program, however, is the Alumni Association that they run which is headed by Aaron Rodgers. It's really awesome that they allow people to come back weekly in order to stay connected to each other and the community. She does a fantastic job of staying in contact with you after you discharge and planning events outside just the weekly meet up at the center. Staying connected in recovery cannot be understated and I think it deserves special consideration. Also my recommendation is essentially a guarantee so take that for what you will.

- TMtravis mastersDec 10, 20255.0The staff to include Randall, Taylor, Bryan, JJ, Denise, Tiffany, Ryan, Ken, Rachel, Mr. Perez, both Dustin’s, Albert, Misty and her amazing protege ,Chastity were incredible resources and helped me find the answers and build an incredible toolset to deal with life on life’s terms. They were tough when necessary and also always showing up at just the right times when I was in a bad-way! I’ve never had a treatment experience before but can easily say the people here make this place special. I’m leaving tomorrow with a full heart and a motivated spirit to do this recovery thing with my hair on fire!! I’m so grateful as I ready to depart despite sub optimal at home circumstances when I get back because I’ve found a relationship with myself that I’ve never known. I can look myself in the mirror and like the man I see. Thank you Northbound and if you think you might benefit from some outside help with your pain and lack of control with substances or behaviors used to cope-call Northbound and just jump in-it will change your life.
