- DADavid Aguilar3 days ago1.0Mitch lied and made false promises of what to expect at treatment(common practice from what I heard other patients say) First 24 hours there all they gave me to eat was lettuce and tomato. Mitch promised I would be able to walk laps around building. Was never allowed to walk around building. Cockroaches everywhere. 5 beds per tiny room. Very dirty. Staff always playing games on phone especially night shift. Now getting treatment at LAGUNA TREATMENT CENTER. Much better here. Staff is actually trained and very professional. Dont waste your time and money here

- SESteve Easter4 days ago5.0I spent 50 days at Northbound and although not happy all the time (as you can imagine with treatment) I found the staff very professional and able to relate with. My biggest take was the connections I gained with other clients some of who I still talk with. You are not stuck in a room without things to do. From the beach to a wolf experience I know I gained alot of tools that I still use today. Thanks guys
