- JKJocelyn KiserJan 2, 20264.0Overall good experience. It was easy for me to schedule an appointment online, but appointments were a week to two weeks out at the time. While waiting, I noticed appointments had short wait times while walk-ins had longer wait times (which makes sense to me when appointments were coming in back-to-back). There was an issue when running my insurance the first time, so they had to call my insurance company. The insurance didn't answer, so they called multiple times until they finally got an answer. Once they got an explanation of my benefits and everything situated for me, my wait was around 20 minutes (I've had so much longer at other doctor offices, so that was not long for me). Everything went well from there. Everyone on the staff was nice, welcoming, and nonjudgmental while I was there.

- MVMaggie VeNov 24, 20252.0Im a big believer , its not what you say , its how you say it and i came here just to buy a contreceptive pill, thats it. And the lady in the front was rude! She was denying me the pill and gave me the most ugly response with an attitude. If I remember her name was Leonor or Lourdes. I understand she was following her protocols but the way she said it was just very unwelcoming. I also work in health care and used planned parenthood for small resource like the morning after pill and her strong, unwelcomed response was totally uncalled for. I’m not saying you have to be sweet but her tone of voice was way out of line

- BMBre M.Aug 15, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend. My experience was not good. Doctor was amazing but staff under her had poor work. I had a scheduled appointment but didn’t get called back until 45 mins after. People that were line after me got called and were out the door before me. Once I finally got back there I still ended up waiting. All the things that took place after were unorganized and unprofessional 👎🏽
