The hygienist is very unprofessional and has made several rude comments about my teeth on more than one occasion. I have gone in for exams and the dentist does nothing to try and fix or do any type of treatment on my remaining teeth is just adamant about offering cosmetic things like implants or braces. I am not looking for anything cosmetic I am just trying to take care of my remaining teeth. My daughter was seen here too and was just in for a full exam less than 3 months ago and we were told she had no cavities but she started having tooth pain and when I called they couldn’t get her in (even though she was having pain) and I had to get her seen elsewhere and she ended up having to get two teeth extracted. Her new dentist told me one of the teeth he needed to extract had a huge cavity that could not have formed recently and should have shown up on her recent exam. The most frustrating thing is they never have any availability for appointments. I don’t expect same day appointments but if I’m calling a week in advance to try and schedule something it’s very frustrating that they never have anything available. After years of coming here as a patient I will not be returning.
