You spend 95% of your time answering questions on a clip board, and your physical only a few minutes

The staff was ok. Downside is I was in the office and doctor room for 3 hours. I wasn’t expecting to be at Concentra for 3 hours.

The staff was rude. Felt uncomfortable being there. Staff is more interested in their personal cell phones and working. Staff was more interested in complaining about clients. Do not recommend going there.

All visits here were nice untill I met FNP Sarabjeet Thind. This person told me that minor cut of my finger that got infected and had a pus cannot cause the infection to spread up the arm, into the lymph nodes in the armpit, or cause sepsis. (I wonder where she attended her medical school? Maybe in India or Pakistan it not the case?) Yes, I am able to move around through pain, but I am in pain for 3rd day, and all this started when my finger was swallen and had a pus. But just because now 3 days later my finger in not swallen anymore she claimed that all my symptoms developed from something else. She lied in report that I refused chaperone. She never asked me about it, other way she would know my husband brought me there, I am too weak to drive. She lied in report also that I was cut by cardboard AT HOME🤦‍♀️... I never said it. I was cut by a piece of sharp object in the pile of trash bags, damages and cardboard boxes that I tried to separate at work. She ignored my simptoms, my swollen armpit, terrible pulsating headache and wrote that I can go back to work right today. Yes, my finger is better now, but what about infection that in my body? I hope it will go away. I am not an crybaby, I cut my fingers many times and nothing ever happened. It is a reason why I did not think much of this cut first and did not bother to report in the first day. Who reports such stuff?? Next day after cut my finger got swallen and armpit of the same arm started to hurt, then worse and worse, chill, fever, terrible trobbing pain in my head, sore neck, around chest, etc. I spent 2 days in my bed taking ibuprofen. I got scared that I can develop sepsis and decided to do something about it. But this "nurse practitioner" made immediate decision to send me back to work the same day. Such incompetent people like Sarabjeet Thind, who are ok with lying in medical reports, should not be working with patients.
