  The tech was nice but tried four times to get blood. The tech went through my veins in both arms and I still have bruises. I will never go there again.

  I was in a time crunch the day of my appointment. Maggie and Alex were both phenomenal in ensuring I was seen promptly as well as professional and courteous.

  The specialist is unprofessional and I felt disregarded for. My foot was ran over by forklift a week after my incident I went in for a check up. During my check up the specialist told me to put pressure on it, I was in a great deal of pain and let him know I couldn’t. He told me it was just pain and to put pressure on it and that if it broke he would fix it. Leaving my appointment he told the receptionist “he was good boy give him a gummy bear”. As a patient I find that extreme unprofessional and belittling. His attitude was unacceptable as a professional. I should be teated with respect and dignity as a patient. Talking to other patients they felt the same way about that doctor.

  The employees that work there are very nice and considerate.. the Doctor is a very personable personable guy listen and is not in a hurry like most doctors .. very refreshing for a change .. wait time when your in the room is kinda long and nabe scheduling may take care of that.. I waited in the room for about 45 minutes before seeing the doctor .. but that all being said guess if yiu want the doctor to spend quality time with you and he takes time with everyone then it is worth the wait to me . Rather than being rushed and then yiu get outside and yiu should have asked other things as well.. Was a good experience over all Reapectfully John Terry

  Service was slow and poor. Patients stood in line 30 mins just to say hello & what we was there for. After long wait time, We had to register ourselves online to get in clinic que. I waited another 30mins to get called back, just to wait again for another 15-20 minites before getting TB injection. I never had to wait at a clinic setting for TB test that long. The return for reading was quick at front desk. THANK GOD!!. It's Sad that staff was unaware of how to run computers and obviously not properly trained before on the job. These doctor offices/ clinic settings, need help maintaining, organizing office, better IT & phone setup for better service.
