I find it hard to get through to the service adviser. You leave messages and never get a call back. Took my car into service and paid to remove check engine light and left and not even 20 min later the light and code were back on. Shouldn't be that hard to get a call back

I saw Gary Hatcher, for workerscomp. he spent less than 2 mins with me, no extra questions, and sent me off. When i was surprised by his dismissive conclusion he just responded with "courts won't approve this". He then told me i could leave, i requested documents to submit at work. He rolled his eyes & scuffed as he sat at his computer. There was also substantial amount of hair from the previous person on the bed upon entering. Later saw the nurse go in rip paper and walk out. The pillow was not replaced or changed.

I was hurt worst in physical therapy. They told me it was a bicep injury and made me overstretched. Come to find out my MRI. Let me know that I had a separated, clavicle, a torn labrum, and a Rotator cuff injury that needs surgery. The doctor, on my first visit, was very uninterested and very routine-like. When I went to the nurse practitioner instead of the doctor after they observed my MRI results he tried to down talk the best surgeon in the city let alone one of the best in the country. Now I’m waiting for them to accept the directives from my surgeon so I can get the surgery. My injury has been since August and it is now December. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

When you first check in that is the time where they should inform you that it is a good idea to have a full bladder because if you don't urinate enough they hold you for up to 3 hours in a little section on a chair like a prisoner and won't allow you to go outside or go home and come back. I was very unhappy that nobody told me that. I had to give my dog meds after his surgery and I was an hour late because of this. Had I known I would have gone fully prepared and would not have had used the restroom prior.

I was there about 3 hours. I'm the bank when I was waiting for paperwork. All the seats are full of people waiting for paperwork. There is 1 person doing the paper work. The supervisor did not pitch in and help. The MA printing out the paperwork moved WITHOUT URGENCY, like a sloth. Spoke to a couple of cops workers about coco and something else, while all the people WAIT. Supervisor, at the other computer does not help but walks over to the MA and asked if she did end of week numbers. It's not a good look. The supervisor sent some one to break. The supervisor should have helped out to get the people out the door. My medical assistant was AWESOME and kind. I seen her again on Monday to read my TB and she remembered me. She was a delight. The supervisor needs to get it together and help her staff.
