- VDVan DangDec 1, 20245.0Visited last week for a routine check up and cleaning. Looks like they just changed management. The dentist there (I think Dr Hoang) was very attentive and told me what I need to know to take care of my teeth. Cleaning was smooth. Would go here again

Just tried calling and the lady answered the phone out of pure distress (Seems she was having a bad day) and hadn't the courtesy to have a proper conversation with a potential new customer. Furthermore- the phone was disconnected and now after several calls no answer. I don't know why customer service is compromised when someone is in a mood. To run a professional and successful practice you must be the most tolerant and welcoming to all new customers no matter how many questions or queries they will have. Hopefully the practice owner has words with whoever takes customer calls as this is the first impression someone has of that company/business.
