- EHErica HansenDec 29, 20253.0The staff i have dealt with have been patient and kind, I am only doing PT at this location and my appointments keeps getting rescheduled due to staff calling in, I understand people get sick and life happens, but the inconsistencies are prolonging treatment for me, which is unfair to me. While there this morning, The front desk ladies had to deal with an irritated person face to face this morning (I understand the patients irritation) but they handled it professionally and with grace... its unfair to them that they got such short notice to reschedule a days worth of patients and take the brunt of the frustration everyone must be feeling, when none of that is there doing/fault... (they deserve coffee/breakfast!)

- DADesiree AntolinDec 14, 20251.0My appointment last 12/12/25 was 1pm and I came to my appointment on time. Waiting in the lobby for atleast 30 minutes until they call my name. Went inside, they took my vitals and told me that the Dr will be here shortly. However, I've waited for more than 30 minutes again and I spoke with the staff they said I will be the next one but until another 30 minutes had passed the Dr still not seen me. Spoke to staff again and told me that the Dr will see me in 5 minutes. I was like, I've been waiting for more that 1 1/2 hour just to be seen to a Dr that never showed up. After few minutes again, finally, an NP came and seen me, asked some questions and ordered labs for me. I understand that working in health care was really busy but I'm hoping they improve their time management in regards with the appointments. I was so disappointed that day!
