    The eye exam was very thorough. The optometrist was multilingual (Spanish) which was very convenient. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to the my questions. the best part, The Frame and lenses were ready in 30 minutes!. Compared to LensCrafters in the same mall, Site For Sore Eyes is less expensive in all aspects. The exam costs $5 less, the frames and lenses were also cheaper, but of the same name brands and quality. Lenscrafters takes about a week to produce the glasses. This is where i was shockingly impressed with Site for Sore Eyes. I thought i misheard them when they said the glasses would be ready in 30 minutes. But that is exactly what happened. Overall, Very impressed with the staff and store. Will be taking my other family members here for their eye glasses

The customer service is outstanding, and the positive energy from the moment you walk in truly sets this place apart. The entire staff makes the process of getting eyeglasses incredibly easy and convenient, which we really appreciate. Thank you to everyone for consistently taking such great care of my husband and me—we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    The warranty they sell you is NOT GOOD. I bought it and had to use it because one of the lenses got damaged, and they charged me $50 to send it to the lab. When the glasses came back, I couldn't see properly; the prescription seemed different, and they wanted to charge me another $50 to send them back to the lab again. The warranty they sell is USELESS.
