  A BIG BIG difference between the Dr changs. Unfortunately it feels like Kristen has no idea what she is doing is uncaring and lacks the skills her father has. I have noticed such a decline since Rita was there and dental assistants like Amy. My family had been going there for 30 years. Are pictures might even be on the “wall of smiles” since we were in elementary school my 3 siblings and I. My mother might actually still be a patient. But literally every member of my family has seen a tremendous drop in customer service and maybe more important the care of the “new” Dr. which is why after so many years we just had to leave. So sad I remember Dr Richard Chang on more than one occasion opened his office after hours to help me with immediate root canal work which was beyond painful (was in the 5th grade). Anyways in my 30s now and watching this place go from a place of great care to this…. Sorry the Apple didn’t fall from the same tree.

  I absolutely enjoy going to the dentist when I go to Sun Oak Dental! I know that sounds rare for someone actually "enjoying" the dentist lol but it's TRUE! Each and every team member treats you with kindness, respect and always with a smile. They are always prompt on their scheduling time so it works amazing with my busy mom/work/life schedule. ;) 100% recommend this place!!

  Excellent customer service. Dentist took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Very knowledgeable and personable.

  First let me say I rarely post reviews unless A, They are so GOOD that I feel they deserve the recognition because they go the distance. Or B, They are a total disaster that needs to go away and I want to be sure I'm a part of that. To get 5 stars from me is close to unheard of in the World we live in. With that said, Sun Oaks Dental is by far the MOST AWESOME group of people I have ever had work on my teeth, and I am 55 years old. When I got home and looked at the work and recapped on the experience, I was in such a great mood and felt so good about it, (this is going to the dentist people) all I could think about was how I could show respect for a job well done. That's when I sat down and wrote this! I LOVE your practice Rick.
